Liverpool- Crewe train services restored

London Midland trains trains are running again between Liverpool South Parkway and Crewe following Friday's derailment.

The low speed derailment involved an out of service train. The incident occurred north of Liverpool South Parkway station and there were no injuries.

London Midland has apologised for the disruption to services. The train company is also reminding passengers who have beeen delayed by 30 minutes or more to claim compensation, details can be found ar www.londonmidland.com/delayrepay .
